Dear Montgomery Families,

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at John J. Montgomery Elementary School!

Whether you are joining our school community for the first time or returning for another year, we are honored that you have entrusted us with your child. At Montgomery, we believe education is built on strong relationships, meaningful learning experiences, and a shared commitment between home and school. Together, we create an environment where every child feels safe, valued, challenged, and inspired to grow.

Our school theme this year, "You Can Count on Me," reflects the promises we make to one another each day. Students can count on their teachers to believe in them. Families can count on us to communicate openly and partner with them. Staff can count on one another to work collaboratively in service of our students. Most importantly, every child should know they can count on the Montgomery community to help them learn, grow, and succeed.
